Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery across all cities in Pakistan takes 5 to 7 business days.
Unforeseen Delays: Sometimes, unexpected delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather conditions, holidays, or local circumstances. Please be patient—we always work hard to get your order to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible!

We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online payment options across Pakistan.
For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to receive the package and pay the exact cash amount to the courier rider.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking number and the courier service link so you can track your package right to your doorstep.

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and city are entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, the customer will be responsible for paying secondary shipping charges to resend the package.
